Supplier sent 4000 machine damaged boxes after this was pointed out to them in the preproduction photo. They claim that that box that was machine damaged was only for them and that the production item would be correct and it was not. I also paid shipping by air for this to arrive on my doorstep. Not to mention, they asked for a 30 day extension on production. since receiving the boxes, all we’ve got from them is a runaround because their money has been released by Alibaba and initially they claim they would remake it however, they are now just providing excuses.
